I am confused as to what is being asked and what is required, it looks like a standard A2 (TIA) fuse carrier to me, not sure why there is a thread in the brass part where the cable goes in.
Do you need a new fuse carrier or new fuse or something else? How come your fuse carrier is smashed in at the side?
Just went into my workshop and lifted a fuse and carrie to show it looks fairly standard.

It isn't smashed at the side it had suffered severe thermal damage, the threaded part is where it bolts to the busbar it all seems obvious to me a new base is required. Try contacting Eaton to see if they are still available.
You need to address why they have suffered such thermal damage.

The Red Spot fuse carriers that we had that were straight onto the busbars had moulded rear entry plastic brass studding on it 0BA I think.
I can see what you are saying about the hole being thermal damage, I presume the OP knocked the actual charred bit away before taking the picture.

The fact the labels are all peeling from the MEM carriers even the one just out of shot indicate some issues going on.
