Please note the place to report any issues or bugs you find is here. Posting in the general forums will be missed. All posts in the bug tracker are investigated and if they can be reproduced reported to IPS or the plugin developer for further investigation.

We have had a few outages, temporary glitch with a new upgrade and a php 7.1 and memcache issue, we have reverted back to php 5.6 until we can fix this issue. Sorry for the problems.
