I ended up doing this sort of thing 12 years ago but no practical involved After a year I got a apprenticeship and started it again I was heads up on the theory side anyways. Get letters all the time from students doing this type of thing!

Update sent a complaint letter in before Xmas heard nothing. Had a letter through today in the post from a debt collector saying I owe £340 by 6th February or court proceedings will commence. This includes a £40 fee for them being involved

Sounds like you have a tamper fault could be a number of things

Have you got excell they used to have a invoice template which I altered to suit my needs. If not google invoice templates and use one from there.
