most 'electricians' can wire a house & do small jobs. that's it. fault finding, anything 3 phase, controls etc, they've got no idea

look at getting air con fitted then. for cheaper to run than electric heating if you oly have 2 single sockets and you've lived there...

if you plan to use it often, consider air con instead of electric heaters. they are far more efficient and cost less to run

still wrong. move the wire from L1 to com. you're not changing where the power goes. PL is permanent unless its switched off for test...
