Hello a tenanted house where the cooker is supplied by a cable from a wall mounted switch (which is not above the cooker) to the back of the cooker (which doesn't have a control panel above the hobs) runs diagonally on the surface approx. 30cms.  The house is due an EICR. Will the cable as it...
