I am trying to interface HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor with arduino. I am making use of the NewPing Library.But then on the serial monitor, it keeps printing some unknown characters and not the distance. Here is the example of HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor with arduino Please help.
