i agree with your thoughts, although i would of completed 2330 level 3 i have a small amount of electrical work under my belt and so therefore i would expect to be shown how to do some of the work and be supervised until the person employing me is happy with my work and so receive a low pay but...

if i remember rightly the 202 is split so in order to pass you have to get a pass mark on both sections otherwise you fail that section, quite a few in my group failed this one last year and the resits so dont take it too lightly its not as easy as the 201.
