So I have emailed both, and the owner of company number 2 has called me this morning and explained everything, and like you said, he mentioned that they have to apply for DNO . He said its lots of pages and people can't be bothered so they offed 3.6 kw inverter. But he said I would be loosing...

There is very little price difference but Company number 2 is cheaper . I've asked Company number 1 why only 3.6kw and he replied that is better if inverter works harder and longer
