LED Lamp - Driver board question

Thanks for providing that suggestion! I've checked the driver board out and noticed it's rated for 30w. As Per @Bruspark previous post on page 1, he mentioned the watts would be 10w or more for these type of LEDs. Is it safe to assume 30Watts wouldn't cause any issue here? Or should I look for...

LED Lamp - Driver board question

Yeah I'd rather not throw it away... It was my mothers favourite lamp and can't buy it anymore as previously mentioned The Range moved on to making other stuff now. Are you able to take a quick look at this Driver board: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/led-drivers/2122144 I believe it fits all...

LED Lamp - Driver board question

I see.. yeah i did wonder about that ampage being a bit higher than the orignal. Is it possible i could just introduce a resistor into the circuit to drop down this rating to 220mA~ respectively? If so, any chance you could provide some examples that would be sufficient? Thanks!

LED Lamp - Driver board question

Ah okay, thank you. I'll abandon that one, thanks for the forewarning. So in a nut shell I'm stuck then, none available on the market that would suit this lamp that would run the LED's at 50% rated maximum wattage as @Bruspark mentioned in their post? Reading through this thread and this...

LED Lamp - Driver board question

Hi Everyone! Blimey didn't expect such a response on my post, i'm humbled you all took time out to lend some of your wisdom. As for the lamp, it's a giant flower LED Lamp (like 5Ft!) that i believe cycled through colours... the LED's on it aren't on a LED Strip, like what you can pick up off...

LED Lamp - Driver board question

Hello all, Hoping one of you electrical wizzes can point me in the right direction. My mother purchased a 120 LED lamp from The Range about 4 years ago and it has now given up the ghost. Looks like a bug shorted it (burn mark on back of pcb and blown fuse/resistor along with a fried fly!) and...

    Tefal European Plug to UK

Yeah, that what i wanted to do. But doing that will void the products warranty. :( I've checked the box of the Adapter, and it states it supports the following ratings: 250V~ 10A, 13A, 16AMax (2500W, 3250W 4000W) 120V~ 10A, 13A, 16AMax (1200W, 1560W, 1920W) So does that mean, if just...
