    Angle Drill - Sort Of!

Yes, on my second set. They're fine in a impact driver for upto about ten holes before the impact driver gets too hot. In a combi drill I tend to bend them when they jam. Having said all that, they are good.

    Angle Drill - Sort Of!

Bit of a ramble here to give you some background before I get 'round to my question. i had until recently, two options for angle drilling: 1. a Makita 18V cordless angle drill, fine for drilling small holes in awkward places, not enough grunt for drilling 25mm holes in joists. 2. a Makita...

Go ahead and do it, I wouldn't bother with the label either.

    Immersion Heater Thermostat Keeps Tripping

Try turning the thermostat down a bit, may be that switching temp is too close to trip temp.

    Lighting Agricultural Building

At 20m, I'm guessing it's four bays? A 30w LED flood at eaves level at each side of each bay (I.e. 8 in total) will give you plenty of light. We normally wire them 25/75% on two switches so that you can have a lower level of light (a night light), enough light to have a look around without...

    Caravan Site Electrics

Caravan Park Electrical Services are the people to talk to for hook up boxes, all the permutations you'll need, they'll even put the right size gland holes in for you. If you build your own (which I wouldn't recommend either!) use 2 pole RCBOs, and at the risk of stating the bleeding obvious...

    Screwdrivers

The difference between the two CK ranges is the handle shape, I use the the Dextro ones and like them, my son prefers Stanley Fat Max, all down to taste really.

    Chicken Shed - 300M X 100M..what Lights?

Standard around these parts is dimmable anti-corrosion fluorescents, but not cheap. That's for free range sheds, too much light leads to feather pecking, too little = no eggs. Are you talking layers or broilers?

    Hohner Pao2179 Encoder

Thanks for your patience, I can't seem to upload any more pictures (I can email them to you if you like?), so I'll try to describe the encoder and application. It is TTL as you say, there are only four terminals used on the plug: A, B, and supply + & -. Input shaft is I guess 12mm, mounting...
