Starting a job in the Blackpool area not a massive job but 6 - 8 weeks work im looking a spark or 3rd -4th year this will be good work mustnt be afraid of heights and have a safe pass or equilivent this could lead into a lot of other work for the right guy for the next year

if it only was a simple as where i live, over her the dogs on the street can do electrical work no one checks anything unless your registered then you have your annuall inspec believe me its not good here

Hi Can i ask why if your an approved contractor you have to show your a DI as well does not being full approved count for domestic instalations
sorry for questions this is new to me we dont have to notify anyone here just do the cert give it to contractor and thats it unless theres probs

this system is hard wired, and as far as i can see they are run along with power cables, and all controls dvr monitor all back to one room where fuse box and all othere supplies for gates, intercom are situated
the cams just have small power lead of it and rg59 end

it has 5 cams installed on it all outside cam with i/red
3 cameras ok but 2 of them on the monitor are showing we lines across it nothing to serious but guy who we done it for starting to complain a little

just just another querry on it.
doing a mwc cert no prob, but when you fill out el cert you have to fill out completion, design, verification,construction certs as all has to be supplied otherwise the competion cert not valid and from what i seen there was no test...

quick question did a job recently for local council took down lighting and emergency light ,s so they could fit a new suspended ceiling when it was fitted i fitted the same lights back up
my question is now i have ben asked for a completion cert and commisioning cert for emergency...
just to inform In N, ireland we dont have have part p or anything like that it is not compulsory here to be niceic approved or any other body its only the big jobs that look for certs
some contractors ask for you to be niceic but to be honest most building contractors dont care
