    Hi.... try to find a local electrician who is a registered 3rd party certifier. He will be able to inspect and test the installation and certificate it. He will need the details of the original installer for certificate purposes and this will be accepted by labc.

    Was it the builder that done the electrical works or did he bring in an electrician.... if he used an electrician then you could chase him for paperwork as it would have been his responsibility.

    Hi fellas. Hoping for a little help.... wiring in 2 separate uh3 wiring centres for 2 separate heating manifolds... plumber is using heatmiser system. Question is do i need to run separate circuits for each wiring centre or just run a radial circuit to incorporate both. Hope this makes sense...

    I have done a few of these jobs where not wanting floor up to do recessed lights. As you say ceiling is being plastered i just cut a 6inch wide slot theough the centre of the room length ways across joists ..... this makes it easier for plasterer to repair, easier to drill joists and run cables...

    I think you will find that a museum does not come under domestic works canoe boy. Maybe you should visit one and you might just gain an education. I choose to do primarily domestic as it suits my needs. However my experience go's beyond that.
