Hi guys just a quick question to verify my thinkings right my parents have just brought a swim spa so I know there is various motors being used to produce the jets. I have noticed on start up to these the lights in the house flicker this would be to the Voltage drop due to high inrush currents of the motors wouldn’t it?

Maybe............ Maybe not???

lack of full circuit spec... full spec of Spa...
and full installation arrangements, makes it a bit hard to guess?

But you could well be correct in your assumptions? 50/50 phone a friend is my guess!

Could be a loose connection in the service head ......... in the fuseboard ....... in the circuit.......... in the spa

Is this a plug in device?

I ran the supply out but a company came in to connect it. Just wanted a second opinion. I don’t know if it would be a loose connection in the service head as before everything was okay. Just notice a slight flicker on start up
