    Ok is there a fault at the star transformer or was the system previously a TNCS converted to a TT and someone forgot to remove the link to the neutral? Failing that I don't no, and it's time for football and alcoholGuinness

    I will have a go could it be possible that you have a L-E and N-E fault and they are balancing out the RCD Thus causing it not to trip? :Pray

    So in theory they should be about the same but wouldn't parallel paths affect the readings?

    Hi all wondering if you can help me when taking a reading for zs does the reading have to be the the same as ZE+(R1 + R2)? The reason I am asking is my boss insists it should be the same, but i think that as long as the reading is under 80% value then all is ok. Just wondering who is right and...
