Thanks. I’m thinking of replacing the bottom element altogether. It is a thermtec 14” element. I would like to fit a titanium one as I live in a very hard water area. Can I replace the current one with any 14” titanium element - if so, coold anyone recommend one. Thanks 

H hi. The water in my immersion has been running far too hot for a couple of weeks now. I have changed the thermostats in the lower element. Could it be the element itself that is the problem or should I try and change the upper thermostat too? I know pictures paint a thousand words so...

Tapped it, but it won't budge. Will contact electric company tomorrow. Thank you all for your help
