    propane wouldnt need f gas not sure what's on the model apache linked to, the description says no fluorinated gases but the user manual says R290

    for sale doesn't mean they are DIY install (even though they often advertise it as that). same as many shop sell electrical stuff, doesn't mean they are designed for DIY installation i think there are some that are designed that you don't need f-gas. the pipes have a plug/socket type connector...

    almost all dust extractors don't though when i get round to it, going to do something similar on mine, although was probably going to fit a microswitch on the blast gate instead. at the moment its a walk to the extractor to switch on & off and connect the hose Locked to prevent ill feeling

    if you have a circuit with a 6a MCB then it would be a reasonable assumption that the full 6a is available. not everyone is a qualified spark

    the fact that they say to add x amount of gas if the pipe is longer but no mention of removing any if its shorter should give you your answer

    if you think using a cpc as a line conductor is acceptable, you need to stay away from electrics and get someone competant to do the job for you

    pure gravity won't work for heating since the downstairs radiators & pipework will be lower than the boiler. gravity HW and pumped heating was common though, if you want hot water it only switches on boiler. if you want heating & hot water its pump & boiler. can't have heating without hot...

    seen it many times when its rattle gunned to FT then they use a torque bar. and they still don't understand the problem
