    Calibration by is vital because you have proof that the meter has been correctly tested and audited by a UKAS accredited electrical calibration laboratory. Its your legal proof that your meter readings were within accepted tolerances...very handy when you are the defendant !

    This may help others as I presume you have joined. I had the same quandary but my ELECSA assessor said they were not interested in whether the job was notified as they do not police Part P. They were more interested in the workmanship and correct interpretation of BS7671. Hope that help.

    Annual Elecsa assessment

    Hi had my ELESCA annual visit all went well no none compliance. I was offered monthly payments instead of annual one, so I suppose the fees question has been raised. At least ELESCA listen unlike some other...always found them helpful.
