and the other downside to the fluke is when the battery's start running low it is a "Fluke" that you'll get an accurate reading! The Megger on the other hand will just stop working and inform you that its the battery's.

I've got a Megger but my brother in law has a Fluke. I like the functions of my Megger as it's simple to use and very clear whereas I think the Fluke is overcomplicated imo. The only downside to the megger is that it performs the tests a lot slower than the fluke.

if its in a car workshop the property may be 3 phase and would it not be best to run 8 lamps on each phase to balance them out which would give 2kW per phase and 8.7A so running a 10A for each phase would handle the current requirements aslong as the cable is sufficient? As for the breaker...

I would have overprinted (watermarked) the first cert with the words "DRAFT COPY UNTIL PAID FOR IN FULL" and then NOT signed or dated the cert or put in your scam membership number. Then once paid, print out the proper cert, signed dated etc and posted.
