    I agree Mr S ,people are lazy how many houses have you been to where the 9v battery has gone flat in the smoke sensor,or not one there at all , so if its on the lighting circuit ,you know that it will be on all as long as the circuit hasn't tripped and if the lights dont work they'll take...

    have u done any diy or had work done recently ?????? had a case a few weeks ago where an old gent hat put a pic up on the wall and nailed thru the cable it had nicked the phase insulation and after a while it started tripping the rcd he reset it and the time between tripping got shorter then...

    As far as i am aware m8 that since u were the last to "work on the system" then you are responsible for both CU's so u need to make sure the 1st one is ok too ........... thought it would be better to replace the rewireable one first as last tho innit not saving much since u have to spend time...

    Hi KME. where are u sitting the test then ? i have been informed that the nearest to us is cardiff that will do test only as the money for the exam goes straight to C&G so the colleges are reluctant to let u sit the exam unless u have done the course with them ... avan college let u do the...
