I get all my Hager CU's from Wilts Electrical. Not sure about buying power - I only spend a couple of grand with them a month. I use Denmans and City's too but they cannot compete with Wilts pricing.

They sell them in CEF. I was surprised at how well they seem to grip the conductors but couldn't convince my business partner that they would be good enough a joint in the long term. I guess they wouldn't get the CE mark if they hadn't undergone rigorous testing.
