thanks for answering sharpend -I'm 38 -ive just finished my level 3 city and guilds in electrical install and 17th edition at southgate college - they are the people who offered it and it starts soon but you have to have a job eg electricians mate to enroll and I am still wating for my ecs card...

can anyone give me info on nvq level 3 that is totally funded (apparently if you have gcse math and English - if you don't and take their math and English certs- its free) could  you give me any pointers eg websites etc. thank you.
