Common with the MK rcds to think there still on as they trip to mid position and need fully turning off before they'll reset. I assume it was an appliance that was probably in use at the time, possibly a kettle or anything with an element are the usual suspects. If it does it again make a note...
Some lamps (bulbs) can literally be too short by a few mil and don't make contact, or a pin slightly lower due to a previous lamps contacts being larger.

I'm not 100% sure but think the discharge rate is down to the inverter rather than the battery's. Unless there isn't much charge available In the battery.

It is possible but fluorescent fittings don't like to be on off on off so need time set high enough as not to make the tubes fail. Changing for LED panels and PIR/microwave sensors would be worth while but more costly initially
