    good old people sitting at an office desk constantly changing the name of something just to justify their jobs... if it aint broke, don't fix it just looked and i did change the name on the top of my MWC's. thankfully i don't have to write many of them out....

    are you qualified / competant to do this work? can you issue the relevant electrical certificates for the work you've done? do you have the correct insurance for when it goes wrong? etc etc.

    same as every other electrical installation. they should be tested every few years. in reality many don't bother until until something goes wrong if its rented out then you'll also have a legal duty to ensure its safe, so it'll need testing next year
