Not sure I agree with that. The ceiling and the light fitting base form an acceptable enclosure imho. Wagos provide a far superior connection and basic enclosure for the electrical connections than chic block ever would

One thing he’s missed on the remedial work / coding is the lack of end to end continuity for circuit 1 Other wise it’s not outrageous

I'd move the location of the router and use a short extension lead if necessary
