    ranting rant

Exactly  Every devolved administration is drunk on power. They have the power to do something, so they will do it. They don't often have the opportunity to flex their muscles  It's like a samurai sword, whenever it comes out, it has to see blood.  They are acting from a position of weakness...

How can i replace this discontinued programmer?

I do indeed, but unfortunately this isn't in my jurisdiction so I wouldn't know the latest replacement  I vaguely remember them used to control smartrads  All they are doing is remotely energizing the black pilot wire with a 230v supply.  I don't know what hive and nest do. Do they use the...

    Renewables in winter

I agree tidal is ultimate resource.  Wave is also an option in the future.  There should be so much surplus power created from tidal and wave that the UK and Ireland would be well positioned to create green hydrogen.

LOT 20 storage heaters and panel heaters

Plugs in and out. You actually buy them without any controller.  You then select which controls you want, there are complex wifi, bluetooth controls etc but obviously you guys want the most basic.  As regards to lot20, I don't know if it is compatible or not.  In reality who cares?

LOT 20 storage heaters and panel heaters

Yes. On/Off button and a slider for a thermostat.  It's something different. However we make them in the same factory. They were actually designed for the Nordic market and the PLXE for the UK however that's only because of brand familiarity in those markets.  There is different versions of...

LOT 20 storage heaters and panel heaters

Summerhouse are a Dimplex budget brand.  We literally just change the tooling on the grill. I've been involved in the tool changes before whenever I had to set the robot, it was quicker for me to give the toolmakers a hand. Apart from that it is exactly the same as the PLXE

A Nobø 4H heater with a Nobø NCU-1S controller is also basic for elderly customers

Would you have chosen another trade in hindsight?

We were actually surprised at how poorly paid the boys from Birmingham were.  We had a gang working on our presses, we were getting charged £600 per day for one man. They were on £27,000 a year.

    Scottish Power irritating .

Is it not a case of, you pay for what you get. So if, you overpay this quarter, then you won't have as much to pay next quarter.

    The ongoing "racist" campaign continues.

I'm surprised you made it past the first Hail Mary. The second part of the video goes into how BLM is a racist terrorist organisation threatening to take apart society. It is also pro-**** and anti-family. That accidental racism cannot be helped if certain cultures choose to live criminal...

Would you have chosen another trade in hindsight?

I'm all for a bit of cloak and dagger, If the situation calls for it.

Would you have chosen another trade in hindsight?

I would have liked to go into procurement.  I seem to have an aptitude for it and so I do be lumbered with it all the time

I remember one time we had an old Grundig with an inbuilt subwoofer. This was old style where the TV was as deep as it was wide.
