Is it just PC gone mad ?

I'd love a biopic of Martin Luther King to be made  Maybe a remake of the Black Panther And I'd cast Bradley Cooper or Leonardo DiCaprio as the lead  I wonder what sort of a backlash that would bring about.

    Are we undervalued ........

We don't even bother hiring staff at general operator level anymore. We just get agency workers in. They come in with a shyte attitude and they get treated like dogs. If they don't like it, they know where the gate is. Some walk, most get sacked after a while. The rare time we find a diamond...

Fitters. We have had fitters over from Birmingham and to be honest for the work that they do. Their wages are poor. I see what the company charges for their work, I was shocked at how little trickles down to the workers.

Seriously? The moneys there if you want it, you just have to know how to get it. Lashing in T&E isn't going to set you apart. You have to diversify or specialise. I have guys subbed in on £30 an hour.

Whenever I moved to Belfast, I was walking down the street, saying hello to everyone and nodding at people in acknowledgement. I soon quit when a chav told me to f off. Everyone seemed so afraid of each other. Little men running around trying to act macho.

    Made in England ?

He used to work for Wilkins and Mitchell. He's at Schuler now. We had a yam yam in last year. He owns a private pub and even hired out the yam yam Elvis. Although his nickname was Scottie and he was originally born in Scotland. He had settled in yam yam land. The laugh of it was, none of the...

I was working with a Brummie spark today and that's exactly the way he was operating. He was integrating  a new panel into one of our presses. We're getting a new hydraulic desch clutch installed. There was a fella from Dusseldorf there too setting the clutch.

Another case of Big Brother watching ?

I totally believe this. Me and a friend mentioned someone who I used to work with. We hadn't seen or heard of him for eight years. That evening facebook was recommending him to me as a friend.

    Older trainees entering the trade.

We did it once in the training centre. During my apprenticeship. Never touched the stuff again. But I'm sure if I had to 12 years later, I could soon pick it up. I'd have to use have a few trial runs first.  I wouldn't like to go straight in with no kissing.
