    It could also be the water leak is dripping into the electrics somewhere . Twice in three years is maybe just enough .

    So do I . Saves the hassle of having to do it again lol, common for them to leak when they have been disturbed.

    In the middle picture it looks like emulsified crud drawn out of the sludge trap . If it is an olive you will clearly see where it sits amd mates , the same is true if it needs a seal.  Nothing to stop yoy giving an olive a wrap of ptfe tape , especially if you have scored the copper.

    I am not into TV repairs , but I have a problem you may be able to help me with.  I did noy know LED TV's were back lit in that way.  The problem that I have is that whe the tv is switched on it can run for some time , maybe a couple of hours with no problem , then at the bottom of the screen...

    I have a gas test miners lamp and a few old 'Davy lamps'. Not the bonneted type with glass, although I have a few of those too, the mesh type .

    Yes, my Mam had to do it to marry my dad , they were not allowed to be married at the alter , the ceremony had to be performed in the vestry.  When I grew up and wanted to be married in the same church : my future wife was church of England , the priest refused , that was in the 70's.

    It was not allowed by the Catholic church  here (UK) at one time either without the other partner taking religious instruction from a priest, and giving the commitment that the children would be brought up in the Catholic faith.

    Some bombs were designed not to detonate immediately to hamper clearing up efforts  and to kill UXB teams . It was all part of the terror and psychology tactics employed by the Germans. We probably did the same.
