Heat source pump dryer tripping the rcd.

Further to what chewie said, need I remind you that this is the DIY part of the forum, and it is a 99% certainty that those who ask questions have no means of electrical testing at all, which is why they come here and ask for advice. Also the OP has read the replies, but has as yet declined to...

    Strange anti damp device

Looks like its an "electro osmosis damp prevention device" guaranteed to prevent damp and even dry the wall out. Everyone else knows it as a large bucket of snake oil, odd thing is not only did people believe it, they were not cheap.

power supply 4.5v like for like?

As has been said, so long as you get a power supply of the same voltage and same or higher current you will have no problem, that said you can get a direct replacement, BUT there are around 20 of them all with the same part number, but different output socket (some barrel like you have, some 2...

    Swap dial thermostat to Heatmiser?

It depends who wired something as to what colours they chose to use. It could also be said it should have coloured sleeving to denote what does what, but it hasn't, that's life.

2 yearly check of your Generation meter.

Not necessarily the case. Perhaps they (meter readers) did not want to "rock the boat" so say nothing.

Help with 3 Gang 2 Way Smart Wifi Switch set up

Would that not depend on. 1) The switch you choose (Your choice, you have to look at it all the time, we don't) 2) Is there a neutral at the switch (Most smart switches require a neutral) 3) Can the smart switch operate a PIR? (I have never tried, but most smart switches use "electronics"...

    Decent Outdoor Bulkheads with PIR

The PIRs I had lasted almost 10 years, that's the problem. The ones that were made 10+ years ago are not made now. Some look similar, but as they say............"They don't make 'em like they used to."

    Decent Outdoor Bulkheads with PIR

I wouldn't. A single light will fail when you don't want it to, but more to the point, the higher up it is the more the light will spread to places it will be annoying (Seems to be the norm around here) I would suggest you have two PIRs and two lights, wire the lights/pirs in parallel. If it...

Can't find a 3 gang 3 way black smart wifi light switch

Probably because we do not have "3 way" switches. That's a term that Americans use. We use the term "2 way" So you want a 3 gang 2 way switch (in black) Red looks ok, not sure about yellow :)
