Without looking at the manual it is showing there is a fault. That's about as much as you can ascertain without opening it up and testing it.

You're as bad as the OP. Nowhere does it say this, not on the website or in the instructions. Both say the complete opposite.

I'm guessing none of them are electricians. Best advice is get the guy installing it to size it correctly as required.
