Is it normal for a pv installation to send some power to grid despite battery not being fully charged?

We don't have the full details and it could be your panels are daisy chaining. With winter sun your only dragging from a small % through the day. If this is the case your winter production is going to be very poor. Depending on your tariff you may be better joining a supplier like octopus go...

Cable size from the consumer unit to inventer. 10-15 meters distance

Tbf you don't need to know. Your electrician would know. Your putting in the ducting to enable you/your electrician to put one in if needed.

Cable size from the consumer unit to inventer. 10-15 meters distance

I'm not a sparky and imo just run the ducting. Then call an expert to pull the cables you need to connect up.

Cable size from the consumer unit to inventer. 10-15 meters distance

Running a cable is fine but as mentioned you may need to add data cables in the future so trunking is the sensible way of doing it

Don't know about those isolators. You could nip to a electrical supplier and ask if they have gland nuts to fit the box. Or try these https://www.obo.global/products/industrial-installations/connection-and-routing-systems/glands/cap-nut-cable-glands/cable-gland-long-metric-thread-black.html#...

Solis 3kW AC coupled Inverter & Fogstar 5.12kWh Rack Battery ?

I use the WiFi stick in the garage though at first the signal was not strong enough to reach my router. I extended the WiFi range and no problems except the occasional data blip. I loose about 1 hour a month. Not sure if this is the blip or stick updating.

    DIY solar battery storage

I don't think they need to be fused between the inverter and CU just a isolator switch. I'm sure a expert can confirm this

    DIY solar battery storage

Yes. You can't have too many safety features. I have 4 in total 2 DC 1 between the battery's and inverter (fused one) and 1 between the panels and the inverter 2 AC Both between the inverter and the CU (main line and backup line)

    Are these batten lights useless?

I've just paid over £500 for led battens for my garage and workshop think they are about 50w doubles. Made a big difference over my old fittings. Which were 76w fluorescent. I know the ones I've listed are a bit industrial looking being ip65 though perfect for a workshop garage setup. I...
