Ive been told many ways...im only a trainee. Some say gland the braiding, some dont its just what ive heard and seen. ive seen not earthed at all?

As i have said im just seeing if it can be done this way? .... nothing about it being the best

im just saying what ive been told ..you can use plastic glands and not earth the braid. Not saying its the best way by any means but i have seen lots of examples of this
