    Switch controlling override switch?

The red and black that’s wired in is my live feed, going to L1 + L2 proved it with a voltage meter. Both reds that are out were wired into com. Am I safe to just to tap into L1 where the live feed is? Thanks

If you read the post the lights do work. I have a neutral and live at existing switch, I was just carrying a live feed from existing switch to a new switch to control the down lights

    Switch controlling override switch?

Wondering if anyone can help. I’ve tapped into a switch in my garage to to extend to another switch that will manually turn down lights on to see if they work ok. I’ve ran T&E from existing feed to my new switch, there I put live to com neutral to term block. Then from there 3core&E...

    Flexible conduct to hide cables

Who ever has clipped the cables to the beam (previous owners) hasn’t done a very good job tbh, tight at some parts then big loops at other parts, so was just going to put conduct round it with it cable tied neatly. My concern was a few cables in a small space? Would it be safe to do do you reckon?

    Flexible conduct to hide cables

Hi quick question, I have 2 cables attached with cable clips running along my garage beams (from the front to the back) from consumer box in garage, ones going to garage light and the other is going to a socket at the other end of my garage. Is it safe for me to hide these cables in split...

Bit of a random question tbh, why would you ask if I was from Essex? Why ask that? Also asked you a simple question what’s that supposed to mean? But yet you cannot answer it.

Thing is I’m a bit ocd, was wanting them pointing down each brick wall and one above door that being 4 lights. Not sure where I could place 3 that I would be happy with. Just to note that the wooden baton isn’t actually part of the structure of the house. It’s just a bit of wood on the inside of...
