Other companies in UK sell Eurener panels, guessing REST had a deal on that specific type of panel from them? [Edit] Quickly reading (how many times has that caught me out!) the linked brochures it suggests to me that MWT is something underlying TOPcon, PERC etc, part of a set of technologies...

@Vagabondrobb Yes, it seems Victron are a bit 'different'. I think it comes from the point of view of marine and RV applications and then moving into off-grid and grid-tied. From what I've read of victron kit they are well suited to working with a generator due to that marine and RV experience...

It does look interesting, well spotted. Some on the forum have victron kit and should be able to help more than I can. IIRC wrt Victron i) the Easysolar has inbuilt MPPT, battery charge and grid i/o all in one but would not cope with 10kW solar, just checking the specs max AC output is 4kW...

With all these battery systems one thing to bear in mind is the weight of them. A few examples after some web searches: One system with 13.5kWh storage has a footprint of ~600x300mm and weighs around 175kg, incl inverter 4x Pylon 3000C's is ~14kWh and ~125kg PYLON FORCE-L2 LOW VOLTAGE...

From what I've read on the forum there should be a procedure for safe shutdown and restart of the pv system which the installers should have informed you of.
