RCD trips when oven reaches temperature or induction hob turned on (intermittent).

If it were leakage then you’d expect the RCD to trip when turning the oven on. The fact it trips when turning off and can be affected by speed of turning the knob all lends weight to the diagnosis of it being the switch off spark inside the switch being the trigger.

Manrose inline extractor fan (with timer)

Try disconnecting the cupboard lights and replacing temporarily with load of similar wattage and see if problem persists?

RCD trips when oven reaches temperature or induction hob turned on (intermittent).

Some RCDs are overly sensitive to spark interference and misinterpret as a current imbalance. Sparks often occur as contacts open like when you say the oven reaches temperature or when turning the switch at an unfortunate speed. The fault is really in two places, firstly the contacts are wearing...

    Is this lamp dangerous?

One of the photos of the bulb holder shows two screw heads - I hope they don’t have continuity to the touchable metalwork and shade!

Circuit Impedance and real energy used.

It sounds the kind of question posed to students so you might find textbooks have guidance and examples. As a clue I'd suggest you think what might happen if the phase shift were 45 degrees - then the reactive impedance would be j15 ohms i.e. the same as the resistance and the magnitude of the...

Tv screen goes black when fridge motor or heater turns on

Do you have a standalone PC monitor display you can try, preferably with a different interconnect video cable ? That might help distinguish the PC glitching due to momemntary voltage dip versus the PC-TV cable picking up interference as others have already suggested.

Oven trip new replacement RCB when being switched off.

The electrician and you are both right! The oven switch is sparking on switch off, this doesn’t often actually cause leakage to earth so strictly speaking an RCD shouldn’t trip however many modern RCDs do because they are sensitive to the spark’s radio interference. The ideal solution would be...

    RCBO tripping

Yes but that picture was the board in the garage, we still don't know what kind of 32A breaker is on the house board that he said doesn't trip?

    RCBO tripping

Yes, but the OP only said that the house 32 amp breaker did not trip without saying if that 32A breaker is RCBO or just MCB?

    RCBO tripping

You said connecting the water trips the RCBO which makes me wonder if the trip is not due to surge current (the 16amp part of the RCBO) but instead is caused by a leakage fault within the washer tripping the 30mA part of the RCBO?
