Long warranty 3 years in total if you get it serviced each year and dont let it lapse over a year thats by a gas safe engineer not bad 3 years is a long time, its not a bad overall boiler going by what everybody has said.My relation has an ideal boiler combi thats a 3 bed same size as my house...

A bit on the small side so ive bought a lettuced boiler then is that what you are saying!

Are ideal combi boilers insect any good?

What height can you put a switch on a re wire its not a new build its a house built years ago probly 50 years ago.A new build yes 1200 to the top of the switch maximum  but with an old build isnt it basically anything where you want i prefer a height of 1400 but thats me?

THe only thing now is where to position the spur or possible cooker hood spur further down the line.How big is the chrome boxing on a cooker hood is it about 4 inch?Because i think it would be better to fit the spur to one side of the boxing so its accessible rathe. Than inside the cooker hood...
