To Andy,  My new workshop is steel framed with 16 steel floor bolts 500mm long into the ground through concrete, so I was thinking, if I can use 2core like you said then earth the steel armour to the frame, would that be safe and meet regs, and save me some money as I aint' well off. any advice...
