    Thanks Dave. So possibly 2 elements in the one immersion tank? If the case is it easy for me to take out the element at bottom and test this? I think John Ward has decent video which might be of help

    Thanks Evans. I will check if not two seperate immersions and have a look at time switch. Are these usually easy to set/program? have never had one personally or had opportunity to work with them.

    Evening chaps  Installed an expelair silent extractor this week (£65 screwfix) and not impressed with it. Customer not noticed great improvements either. Someone else wants one installed and wondering what others are installing at minute. Would want one with humidstat and timer. Cheers

    To be honest as yet I have been referring to codebreakers. Will give it a good read and yeah sounds like will be helpful in giving customers reference point.

    Cheers Evans. No they are BS1361 cartridge fuses. Hear you about considering regs was installed to, more in consideration to lack of rcd protection. Am right in coding both C2 for incomplete ring and 2.5 on 30amp?

    Just interested to know how others would approach this. Done EICR today am coding it C2 as ring isn't complete and another 2.5 radial supplying sockets is spured out of this same 30amp BS1361 fuse. Other observations C3 recommendations is due to lack of additional protection to bathroom circuits...

    Possibly for the bathroom one Binky. Would have to be to left of his window and few joists needed to drill for cabling so few holes cut out for that. So not to sure even if that good move. Where cooker concerned no chance got cupboards on wall to exterior

    No. Would say surface ducting might be possibility but I wouldn't get involved with the boxing. Would be up to him I suppose to either leave the plastic or get boxed in. Still not sure how I get from either front or side of cooker extractor. Do I need one specifically designed for this

Still not sure if will attempt to take on though seems like would be job sourcing bathroom and cooker extractor would be suitable to take this ducting straight out of sides with then got...
