Yes I know. I'm a complete tool when it comes to technology but I am trying (very). Have emailed Hotpoint but no response as yet.

Had a look at the "junction box" and no markings on it. Can't even see any scratch marks on the blades to give me a clue.

If anyone could post a photo of what it is supposed to look like old copy that?

Hi, I need some help. I'm an average bloke who has just bought a second hand Hotpoint FZA84 upright freezer. When I collected it I sutipdly dropped the power cable and trod on it pulling the blades off at the base of the freezer. They are undamaged but I need to know which ones to put them back...
