Cheers will do. Their experience (and mine to be honest too) is that storage heaters tend to chuck out heat when you don't necessarily need it! Plus you can't easily control it (i.e. turn it up on a particularly cold evening).
Cheers. Unfortunately they can't afford to have a gas system installed otherwise that would be the obvious choice. Are there wall mountable infa-red / oil filled heaters around? They don't want freestanding if poss.
I've been asked which are the most efficient electric room heaters and wasn't sure of the answer! A customer lives in a house without gas heating and is using fan heaters which obviously cost a lot to use. What would you recommend as being the best solution in terms of heat output versus cost...
