Hey I'm a spark. Iv installed a 4 inch extract fan in a bathroom. A timed model. However the fan is not timing out!. Its permanent feed sw wire and neutral are all in correct position. There is only one thing that is strange to me. The sw wire when off still has a voltage of 12v between itself...
