    I recently got an external monitor for my laptop and I am getting horizontal bars/waves on the monitor. Unplugging the laptops power fixes the problem and so does using a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter. However, neither options are feasible. So what can I do? BTW, I live in Canada BC. So if I need...
