Thanks very much for your inputs.The project seems to be changing by the day..For now they have dropped the idea of storage heaters and have applied for gas supply to individual flats.I submitted my calculations to YEDL and requested an option as Sidewinder's suggestion.

Wiring up but have to come up with all options to enable all of them to be Electrically wired and ready for occupation by July.Partitioning almost complete now.
The supply is a 3PHASE and the pub had numerous activities going on in the top floors with the first floor having being a 4bedroom house and the loft was a boxing arena .Will check the main switch gear in the basement.But judging by the various numerous sub-boards feeding cold rooms and chillers...
Can you help out here,am on a project to wire a pub that has been converted to 7 flats and debating on the type of cable to use to power individual flat?Not too sure the ideal cable to use 25/16 sq.mm SWA 3C or any other.
