Sometimes it just pi$$es me off !!!

Add to that, when will people realise it is 'lose' not 'loose' when referring to something lost. Moreover, when will some get the following right 'its' and 'it's', 'their' and 'there' and the one that really irritates me is 'as' and 'has'. Gripe ended! :-)

    'Signing off' requirements?

Cheers Andy. Let's say I add new socket and another light in a SL,would the requirement be two MWC or could one use a EIC? Just want to clarify in my head as to me would be easier with just the EIC rather than two MWC. Thanks

    Australian Regs.

I have worked with some right gits, that had to dot every I and cross every T! FWIW, the regs are quite similar to the UK. As for testing, I think yes, it is just being very lazy! As for TPS (Thermo Plastic Sheathed) it is considered double insulated.

    'Signing off' requirements?

Must be the hurdles that I keep falling over, Side :-)

    'Signing off' requirements?

But then would it not be a EIC not a Minor works certificate, as otherwise I am confused. This is why I sit in commercial, my eyes are more open lol :-)
  15. MKS

    'Signing off' requirements?

Well if it is not minor works, then it is EIC, but without specifics and generally speaking Minor works don't! Now if the OP gave examples of said works then a much more cogent answer could be given :-) I must make sure I cover myself for all eventualities! :-)
  16. MKS

ok to do this on cu change?

I always like to clear the issue, so personally don't do it!
  17. MKS

    'Signing off' requirements?

Minor works don't require notification, so don't see a problem!

    Thought UK was skint

It is them that should be tried for servitude, not the pikes!!! All this is there way of keeping their minions in check! When the banks can willingly give out million bonuses to bank bosses, playing with our money, then you know something is wrong lol Maybe I am too cynical!!
