    Electrical socket metal boxes too deep??

    He is registered with Elecsa, and they said he had done nothing wrong (admittedly I hadn't shown them any pictures). He carried out an electrical safety test and fitted a new fuse board. He also changed a few light fittings and moved/ relocated a few exposed wires.

    What do you think is the best way to approach the electrician about this? Get another local tradesman in for a 2nd opinion first? Should I pay someone else to fix the first electricians errors? Only paid the 1st electrician half so far... Bit of a dilemma, advice really appreciated as I didn't...
