Vipers are fine as long as there are adjusted properly & fitted in the correct position for the specific window + if the cable to the pir is an 8 core you should have 2 spare cores for the viper & put it on a seperate zone bsck at the panel end.

Have u fitted a 16 ohm sounder connected to LS + & - terminals this will give audible entry/exit tones when arming & disarming.

U don't have to put each device on a separate zone u can series them onto one zone ,but if u have enough zones to put them on individually it makes it easy to trace fault if u start having false alarms or if u omit zone u only isolate that device.

By your connections for bell u have the o volts & the bell trigger the wrong way round swap the A & B wires around in panel then u will have a 0 volts returning on your'e tamper return clearing the tamper fault as for strobe it is normally neg applied could be jumper not set to neg or u...
