the charity concept is too commercialised (in most cases) Charity shops, just fake... to be a charity shop simply means they have to give I think 6% of profits to Charity... the rest is just profit for the owners of the Charity Shop chains. Advantages are reduced (or maybe zero) business...

too many kids of this type around. some time parents fault, some time they are just hopeless and parents can't do much. A stronger legal hand is needed to teach some responsibility (somehow) to plenty young kids and young adults today
