    As we live in a private rental, the landlord is not allowing for holes to be drilled this is why we looking at other possible  ways.

    This is why I'm seeking advice on here, The lead on the extension is blue and  working the load out by 10amp/240v=2400w  But on the plug it says 13amp so i thought put  a 13amp fuse would be the correct amp for the load, after monitoring the heat of the plug i decided it not safe and to seek...

    I thought 2400W load was with a 10amp , so i changed it to a 13amp 2800w/240v = 11.8amp ?
