Anybody able to help me out? I have many times used the oven for around 10 hours in one session, at 50 degrees. Are there maximum allowable duration's for electric ovens?

Frankly speaking, the last 5 years, we have used the oven let say one hour in the weekend, but also each month over a period of 10 hours at 50 degrees, without microwave. My question, does the long duration of activity (10 hours) have speed up the wear and tear with above malfunction as result...

Thank you for your input. I took of the power cable. When I reconnect it, the oven become hot again without doing/setting anything on the controls.

I own a DeDitrich oven/micro combination. After using it for an our on 50 degrees, the oven becomes very hot, glowing heat was visible in the back of the oven. It seems the fan was still running. What may have happen? Greetings, Bart
