All resolved, you can blame my crappy checking of the wiring, there was a loose neutral to the last flickering LED , I'm assuming the LED could get enough to cause it to flicker, just not sure why it was a regular 11 seconds.

The distance from the junction box is 9 mtrs to the 1st light, then another 3mtrs to the 2nd and another 6 to the 3rd that flickers, all using 2.5mm 4 core armoured cabling (only using 2 Live/Neutral)

Tried that, with a working LED, does the same, will try with a Filament one tonight.
