Hello it’s a 2 core light wire with L & N and no earth. Old light was earthed into terminal. Earth from ceiling still in terminal as originally not required.  With new light as comes in ikea insulation block

I have a ceiling light from ikea that the wires need shortening to be able to fit. How do i earth it after shortening wires into a junction block that was on the old light when the ikea light has no earth?
